    You can extend your family Visa from Jeddah ...but you will require to submit xerox of company registration certificate .

    Your company registration should mention that it is also registered for Yanbu than only you can extend your family visit visa from Jeddah.

    I advice you to first check with your HR or Admin to avail you a xerox copy of CR than taking that copy you can visit Jawazat to confirm.
