    You better go to the MOFA couter again and Insisssst them, that you have already submitted the documents, but internet is asking the same...

    Because what might have happened is, you gave your documents to the Officer, and he put them aside (the usual way) without updating the system that he actually recieved it.

    There is no point in waiting at this particular moment. Also try changing the counter, don't go to the same person you visited before, try someone else!
