    Applying for Permanent Family Visa in Saudi Arabia

    For bringing your family on permanent visa in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Following are the steps
    which will guide you through this process:

    1. Documents

    2. Attestation

    3. Visa Application in KSA

    4. Visa Application in home country


    Documents:

    Following documents are required.

    1 Fill the application form in full name as per the passport, land Telephone and mobile number.

    2 No obejection letter, with Salary, Profession and academic qualification housing and medical treatment details attested by chamber of commerce

    3 Copy of Iqama

    4 Copy of passport including first arrival visa or transfer information

    5 Original qualification certificate attested by saudi embassy of your country and ministry of foreign affair in KSA

    6 Copy of marriage certificate

    7 Copy of Children birth certificate (if any)

    8 Pasport copies of the persons to come

    9 Fees Paid (SR2000) only for permanent Visa

    10 Authorised translation of all documents in Arabic

    11 Submit all original to verify when obtained the visa make sure of all the following information Number of person, nationality Stamping from relation to the applicant


    Attestation:

    Following attestation is required before submitting your application for permanent family visa
    in Istikhdam Office, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

    5 Professional Degree, its Arabic translation & Photo Copy:

    Attested by Higher Education Commission
    Attested by Foreign Office of Home Country
    Attested by Saudi Culture Office in Home Country
    Attested by Saudi Embassy in Home Country

    6 Marriage Certificate, its Arabic translation & Photo Copy:
    7 Childrens birth certificates, its Arabic translation & Photo Copy:

    Attested by Foreign Office of Home Country
    Attested by Saudi Embassy / Consulate in Home Country

    Visa Application in KSA:

    You need to attest your original degree from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Saudi Arabia (www.mofa.gov.sa) and also your marriage certificate. They will charge your some amount (30 SR / attestation) for attestation.
    Once the above documents are ready. You need following documents to submit your application
    for permanent visa of your family.

    1 Application Form filled by your company for submitting along with documents.
    2 Employer letter in which your salary and job details are mentioned.
    3 Photo copy of your iqama
    4 Photo copy of your passport including first arrival visa or transfer information
    8 Photo copy of your spouse passport
    8 Photo copy of your childrens passport
    5 Photo copy of attested Arabic translation of Your Degree
    6 Photo copy of attested Arabic translation of marriage certificate
    7 Photo copy of attested Arabic translation of children birth certificate

    Also keep your all original documents with you which the visa officer may ask for. Once ready,
    you need to submit these to Istikhdam Office in your region (For Eastern Province it is in Dammam).
    After some verification of documents they will issue you a visa copy (yellow paper).


    Once you get this yellow paper you need to send the following to home country.


    Visa Copy (Yellow Paper)
    Your passport copy ( info page)
    Your iqama copy


    Now you can start Visa Processing from Home Country
