    So it's obvious that they've put a clause to re-write the names of visitors in same language as per their passports.
    So you have to do the following
    Create new application, get it signed and stamped by your husband's sponsor, get it stamped by chamber of commerce and activate, wait for 8 days until status changes, after 20+ days you get reply.
