    dear bro ,

    i have applied on 15 dec 2012 for my wife visa adn also did chamber on the same day ..
    after 2 weeks i went to MOFA riyadh and was referred to DAMMAM MOFA . there is damma they checkd my iqama took the form and copy of iqama and said wait ..today i am check it gives this on website

    and also i am not able to fill another form om the internet as it last it gives that page is not working ..the beta version website ..bro can you assist me in this as my profession is فني أجهزة كهربائية
