    Try to go to Jawazat and get an official print out of your details - free or you can ask the general services offices near jawazat to get a print out for 50 riyals.
    Then put that information in the visa application as per the jawazat printout. without Muassasah is not a problem.
    I know someone who has extra information in the iqama but jawazat printout had the correct information.
