One more thing which is very important, when she ( your wife) arrive to the airport she should hand over the baby passport a long with her passport to the Police Officer to obtain entrance Stamp & its number to him on which his iqama shall be issued later.
    all the best & regards

then it means your wife is sposored by her father. when she arrived to saudi arabia, her father should submit the iqama of your baby after paying SR. 2000 to MOI, then filling the form of " Issuance New Iqama" a long with 2 pic. passport size and copy of Vaccination Card, copy of his passport and copy of the iqama of the sponsor ..

your wife has an already Iqama but your baby hasn't..! if you meant that its the first time to your baby to go to Saudi, then the answer is Yes, he/she needs iqama once he arrived to Saudi Arabia, and that shall cost you SR. 2000 if you process his/her iqama within the allowed period (3month).
