my husband wants to apply for famly visit visa for me and my son some one plz tell me how to know his visa number and record number to fill on line form on mofa website that are shown in form as

الرقم التلشيره is visa number stamped on his first visa on which he entered in KSA
الرقم السجل is co registration no, which he can ask is co to provide him
