i want to do Internship in singapoore after MBBS in china

I am an Indian , I have complited my MBBS just now from one of the college in china , the college is listed in WHO directory , we have being tought in english, i want to do my one year internship from any where in world without wasting my time for screenng test in india or any licencing exam in any coutry.
is it posible to do Internship in singapoore without any exam.
acc to me i need to give qualifying exam to get temporary registration then only i can do internship but for that i need to clear one Qualifying exam, am i right? is this qualifying exm is conducted online or can i take my exam in india or any where in world.
