Buying property in South Africa

A friend of mine considers buying some property in South Africa for vacation purposes. However, he's completely confused about the legalities and whether this is the right time to buy. Any advice?

A very good time to buy.I cannot advise on legal matters but, if you have the cash now you will get a very good price. Ela Boyd.
