Permit to Sell Pharma Products in South Africa

Hi,
We are suppliers of generic as well as branded medications. We already operate in America and Canada. We have all the necessary FDA approvals. We are looking to expand in South Africa.
Can someone give me more information on what permits I may need to start an online pharmacy to sell retail medications in South Africa? I will also appreciate it if anyone gives more info regarding any permits and approvals that I may need for distributing wholesale meds in SA.
Also, is anyone interested in becoming a distributor for us as we supply at really low prices, giving you the opportunity to make hefty margin gains on your side.
