Tips to travel to Seoul without travel agent/tour guide.

Me and my friend just bought a flight to Seoul for next year. We just bought the flight ticket from an airlines. I never been to Seoul before but me and my friend love Korea so much that why we just buy the ticket without thinking twice.
I hope someone can explain to me where can i get a cheap hotel or hostel and how can i travel around Korea even without any tour guide.
Or perhaps where can I get a tour guide in Seoul. To be honest, I can't speak korean nor listen. That is make me more challengging to going to Seoul with only 2 person. hahaha.

I Only have Blog (Naver blog) and Matome (serviced By Naver Japan)
especially Matome is very useful and powerful service
I love matome service.

Ya, i saw your blog. your kids is very cute. i am not sure yet. mostly we will be in seoul. but i have friend in Busan. Can we take flight from Seoul to Busan ?
