Looking for a room

Hi guys,
I'm moving to Seoul for a job next year in February and was hoping to find a place either in Seocho-gu or Gangam-gu. I am looking to rent a room preferably in a high-rise or a very secure building for a period of 12 months. So, if you're looking for a flatmate from Feb onwards, please let me know and I'd be happy to tell you more about myself :)
