Social clubs and organisations

Does anyone know the legal requirements involved in setting up and running a Social Club in Spain. We collect subscriptions from members, and also have raffles, fundraising events, and receive donations from the public.

Hello Yvette,
It's not easy to open any kind of business in Spain. The best way is to contract a consultant's office in the city where you would like to open it. Sure you will find one where they speak english. Gook luck!
