  Rental cost in Barcelona

  Does anyone know how much I have to expect to pay for a small studio in Barcelona? I might do an internship there but have to consider how expensive it is... Thanks for your help!

  so you should have an idea.
  bcn is a little bit expensive, the best way for you could be to share a flat.

  Hi, Liliane.

  Rent is Barcelona City is pretty expensive. If you move a little to the "suburbs" prices tends to drop dramatically. An studio in Barcelona could cost you anywhere from € 600 to € 1200 or even more. If you want to live in BCN and lower you livng expenses you might considering sharing an apartment. You can expect to pay € 300 to € 500 for sharing an apartment. There are excellent train, bus and metro conections to the city so living in the "suburbs" is not bad at all. You can rent a nice apartment at 20 minutes away from BCN in train for about € 600. an studio for about € 400. A € 40 ticket get you back and forth from the "suburbs" to BCN for a whole month.
