I am a British fully qualified counsellor, and fully qualified as an Adult Therapist and also a Child and Family Therapist.In addition to this I have over 10 years NHS mental health experience .

I have over 7000 hours counselling experience and cover areas such as mental health issues, depression, couples relationship counselling, relocation issues, anxiety disorders, post natal depression, bereavement, stress , etc etc

Prior to moving to Lugano CH ( Due to husbands job relocation) I had a succesful and busy counselling practice in the UK

I now support Expat clients all over Switzerland and Italy , my phone counselling service also works very well

I am a member of the Britsh Association of counselling (BACP) and Swiss Association of Counselling ( ANSCO)
