Moble Provider in Swiss

Dear Friends, could somebody help me to find a provider of this number
+41 9194.... I wanted to gift a recharge to my friend but I don't remember the provider of her telephone. I tryed with swisscom, O..., Sun... but they do not recognize the number.

Hi,
+41 9 is not a swiss phone number ... even if it start woith +41 ...there is no 9 after +41 (international indicator) in switzerland, for all operators : swisscom, orange or sunrise ...
