German or English speaking doctors - recommendations?

Hi all,
I moved to Switzerland recently. Does anyone know about - good! -
English or German speaking GPs, dentists and/or dental cleaning services
in Lausanne? I have been told that dental cleaning is done by
specialists here, not necessarily by dentists, is this true?
