Did you receive a copy or photocopy of the visa? I don't see why you should be concerned about authenticity. You can contact the immigration department and confirm with them. You can contact them through email or phone. If you are in UAE, you can visit the immigration center (such as the immigration department at Twar Center in Dubai) and confirm with them directly. Alternately you can go to (or call) any typist shop providing immigration typing and have them check it.
