my friend have over stay penalty for 3 months and in order for his new company to process new visa, he need to pay the fine to immigration, so my friend paid all the fine and exit to kish while his in the kish the company PRO call him telling that your blocklisted by the immigration and you need to pay 1800 same amount of your penalty in order for me to process your visa thats the PRO telling...my question is,,,my friend already clear his fine, why he need to pay again same amount? ...is that the immigration procedure? in order to process new visa you need to pay to clear your name in blocklist even though you already clear your overstaying fine?..i'm thinking maybe the PRO is just making money to my friend...Please give advise and tell me what is the true procedure in immigration when it comes to that case.. Very simple let him to go any typing center near any immigration and they help him to reduce the fine
