Resignation During Probation period

Posted in Dubai forum 26 Dec 2011, 09:05

Hi! I was hired in the uae by a company as an engineer and still under probation. Now, I'm planning to leave the company due to some personal matters and transfer to a new one. I understAnd that I will have an automatic 6 months ban but my question is, does my current company have the right to impose an intentional ban of 1 year against me? My new company is willing to pay for the ban lifting fees. Thank you.

as long as your new company is willing to pay for ban cancellation, it will not have any effect on your new work permit/ visa processing, if any problems present a proof that you are still on probation and by law you can leave without obligations

    good luck

Hi Xhxhi, I have never heard of such stories ,, I doubt you can be rejected at the airport as long as you have a valid visit visa in your hand ...

    good luck
