Hi, I want to find out about visas , I m in uk , I got married Tia boy in India , he got permanent settlement visa, and now he is asking for divorce, I want to find out if I give divorce to him does he have to go back india

    From what you have mentioned, if you are divorced or separated, the other party is not liable to be deported because he has the right to remain in the UK.

    Only if he is still on a spouse visa, he might have to go back. However if he has obtained ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain), he can stay here.
