  Illegal immigrant marriage problems

  My ex boyfriend of 3 years split up with me for 6 months. In this time he had a one night stand with a polish girl and got her pregnant.
  The polish girl has valid polish ID card and now wants to stay in England to have her baby. My ex boyfriend is Indian and is an illegal immigrant who has lived in this country for 4 years.
  In the 6 months he was not with me he applied to the home office to marry her in this country. He has received a letter from home office to say documents have been received and this is your case number.

  He now DOESNT want to marry her….
  He wants to marry me. I am a British citizen and I have lived here all my life.
  He wants to cancel everything and start a new application with myself.
  What are the options he will be sent back to India? Would my case would be strong? Etc.
  PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE ADVISE ME.

  Why you would like to marry him, your b/f's intentions shows about getting the UK citizenship after marrying you, so better take the right decission
