30 Sep 2008, 08:40Job situation in the UK for latinosI'm thinking about going to work in Europe for a while, but I'm not yet sure in what country. How's the job situation in the UK? Is it easy to get a job as a foreigner? And what about the permit?

21 Apr 2009, 22:53If you are not a EU national, you would require a Work visa to work in the UK. Under the current economic scenario, not many employers might sponsor a Work Permit for you when already there are so many brits on the benefits dole.
You could however consider trying to apply for the Tier 1 (General) visa which allows you to go to UK without any work secured before hand and then land in the UK and search for employment. It also gives you the flexibility to choose which employer you want to work for.

soy peruana y radico en Austria y te cuento que la situacion en Europa no es como lo pintan en PERU, aqui en europa se logra un buen empleo primero si tienes la ciudadania de algun pais europeo o alguno de los paises de la Comunidad Europea. eh viajado ya por varios paises y me doy cuenta que muchos peruanos piensan obtener mejores sueldos queriendo trbajar de lo mismo. hay casos en los que se puede dar pero ahora la oportunidad es minima. te recomiendo que trates como Au pair, se que ese programa es un tipo de intercambio donde te pagan una propina por ayudar en casa o cuidar a los ninios. para mayores informes podrias ir a alguna de las agencias donde ofrecen estos programas. Ilegal venir ni se te ocurra pues si te descubren las penas son muy distintas de aucerdo al pais, aquise paga un dinero para salir en fianza y luego te envian a peru. espero haberte ayudado..saludos desde Austria... por si no sabes donde queda esta al sur de Alemania.

Hola me llamo Carlos soy Ecuatoriano y vivo en Espana, yo solo te puedo decir que si uno quiere puede, por pi que si quieres venir con tu marido a Europa ven lo único que si te aconsejaría seria que tengas un nivel de ingles para perfeccionar y que no te coja de nueva, pero por lo demás aquí no es como lo pintan pero tampoco es imposible.
