  can I ?

  hello! I am ukrainian that alive in Italy, I have the Italian stay permission, the question: can I go to live, to work or to study in England? … thanks!

  Hi Anatoliy

  As far as I know you need an other visa, a shengen-visa does not allow
  to live or to work in UK. I live in Germany and have the same (but German) stay permission, with it I may travel only in EU, but not to UK, because UK does not belong to EU.

  Hello, thanks to you for your answer, you had reason I cannot go in UK without visa : ( the http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/doineedvisa/ site
