spousal visa

Could somebody please help me. If a Nigerian man marries a woman and is granted a spousal visa, but the marriage ends after only 7 months instead of the 2 years they are supposed to be married, can he re-marry as soon as the divorce is final like in a normal situation or is it different because of his visa?
