  german visa for chinese

  hi..my girlfriend wants to go to germany for a year to study german in a language school in berlin. she's 22 an in her last year of uni. in china its common to take the last year of uni as a sort of practical year, workin for example. she applied for a visa n got rejected for the second time now, although her application was flawless and she paid the study fee and has the bank account full of euros in germany as well...
  im curious if there's anyone out there who had a similar experience or who knows how to deal with this kind of situation. i'd appreciate it very much cause she's kinda blamin me for all of this, as im german.. haha.
