  Marriage Failure

  Hi
  Can anyone give me any advice for a friend please, my friend is from the carribean and 1yr ago married a british citizen thus he is here on a spouses visa, ( he has been in uk for 1 year)this girl is now treating him very badly and telling him she wants him out of the house , he obviously has nowhere to go and is also studying here now.If she does throw him out of her home will he be allowed to stay in the uk or will he be sent back to his country ?
