Bonsoir, savez-vous si en tant que colocataire on a les mêmes droits qu'en tant que locataire : accession à un emploi etc. Merci d'avance pour votre réponse à tous ceux qui sauront répondre.
Hello, do you know if as a roomate we could have the same rights as if we rent a flat ? Thanks in advance for your response.

HI,Are you Dutch from origine.
It depends what kind of rental contract is made.Since you rent from an owner probably with more tenants, there will be a household-regulation.
If you rent a flat , there is one tenant, and normally you are under normal law,rights and regulations.So it depends what agreements are made, what is on paper,and how the contact and the relation with the owner is.
Normally you are in an situation with not many rights, if you rent a room with someone else, in a house with probably more rented rooms.
