Just moved to Zwolle, Overijssel, and I'm having a hard time finding friends here. It's all different comparing with Norway. So, yeah .. I'm looking for friends here, quite obviously.
What to do? Where to go? How to act? (If it's different)
Ps: I also speak some Dutch, I have language lessons 3 times a week.
