  Looking for small affordable restaurant in Algarve

  Hi there, does anybody know a nice little restaurant, preferably with a place to live, to take over in the Algarve, Portugal? We just sold our house and decided to move to the Algarve after spending a few holidays there. We can make a small investment, but not too high ( max euro 120k ). It appears that most real estate companies online have only a few business properties and almost all of these are very expensive....

  Hello Jason, I know a nice and very affordable restaurant (or bar if you like) to take over. It is situated at a beautiful lake reservoir Barragem da Bravura. About 8 km north of Lagos in the Portugese Algarve. Price is UNDER 120k and it is possible to sleep with 1 or 2 persons there. The business is thriving, but the owners are selling it because of illness and private problems. Google for the name Restaurant Hansel Gretel and you'll find all the details. Good luck!
