  Student Visa Refused

  Hi, I got refused for my student application under TIER4 General for UK. I put my employment history with a legal experience letter of one of my ex employer. I got 40/40 in PBS but due to the non verification of that experience letter, i got refused by the visa officer. My employment was genuine and so as the letter but at the time of resigning, i couldn't serve notice period and my employer got angry on it. At this stage, he has refused to acknowledge my service.
  You guys are requested to suggest me in the above context that how can i proceed it. I have been given a chance of administrative review and i have left only 20 days.
  please guide me whether i put a fresh application without that employment history or i can appeal it?
