  Visa problems - please help...

  Hi everyone,

  I am having visa problems - I am most grateful for your advice and thought.

  In the past 8 years, I lived in the UK on a student and work permit. Recently, I was made redundant and came back to my home counrty. I did not have enough working period to apply for IDL.

  I have my English boyfriend that I really love in the UK. However he is marriaed to a girl from overseas out of kindness. In order for her to get IDL, they still need to be in its marriage for 10 more months.

  Now, I had to leave the country and we both miss each other so much. There are many regrets and it is just so painful to be apart.

  There are extremly limited options for me to return to the UK. Getting married to him would be the simplest option it appears, however, we do not know what we need to do, and I am really scared as I have no clue about divorce procedure and how border agency would consider his previous marriages or so.

  Please let me know what we need to do?
