  appeal allowed of family visit visa

  i am a male 23 old ,me and my sister appeals has been allowed,how ever the border and agency have a right of appeal against our allowed appeals,the case was about a family visit visa and our full hearing were on 25th september 2009,and we got immigration decision on 12th octber, now almost 6 weeks gone and we are awaitng for visa letter.any 1 tell me what is this?
  can border and agency do some thing?
  what to do next?
  tell me good and bad things?

  HMM

  TBH they shouldn't really be able to Jhon, but in honesty they can, if you and your sister say that you want to work here in the UK, study something that will help and benefit you, your sister and the UK as a country, then they will let you in, that's probably the best way mate.

  And if you do come to the UK try and find a place to live in Birmingham in the UK,it's the cheapest place and you will be welcomed in open arm's and feel free to bring more of your family and friend's to live here in Birmingham, Jhon. : )

  dear sir
  its not exact answer , pleas read again carefully and give me answer?
  the question is that after allowed appeal what chances are that border and agency has right to use for against allowed case?and if no than how many time after we have to recieve letter from abu dehbi?
  give me total detals.thanks for reader
