Autonomo Help

Hi there.

I am looking for some advice in relation to setting up an Autonomo. Firstly having lost my job last year, I have been working on a non-paid voluntary basis for a new Start-up company providing my knowledge and experience. It has now become the time to have a regular income again. The issue is the company I have been voluntarily working for is still relatively new and is unable to offer a contract for work involved due to the high costs involved. They can however offer a cash monthly salary. Myself and my collegue now have a decision to take in terms of being able to continue working for the new start-up which we both enjoy.

The only option I can see available for us as an alternative to going job hunting is to set up an autonomo, invoice the company for the use of our services and pay ourselves a salary from this with all the relevant taxes includied to ensure we build up benefit entitlement such as Paro if we ever need this whilst being unemployed in future.

I understand I would need to consult with professionals who could sort this out for us. I know it would cost roughly 250 euros per month for autonomo plus 40-50 euros per month for a company to handle the taxes, accounting etc.... The salary after all taxes incured we would seek for us both would be around 1500 euros per month (3,000) euros.

Is anyone able to roughly estimate for me, based on minimum 3000 for salaries and 300 for autonomo and accounting monthly costs, what figure we would then have to invoice the company for? This would really help to see if it is feasible to do this and to guage if the company can afford to stump up our bill.

If anyone could also recommend a trusted agency in Barcelona that can help set this up and deal with monthly accounting etc... that would be great.
