How was your experience with the spanish paper work?

Hi I heard about spanish burocracy but being one victim confirmed the bad press.
I called a number for a appointment to get a date and info for a Certificado de registro de ciudadano de la unión and half of the info was wrong they ask for things that In the actual appointment I did not need and for documents that they did not ask and they were in Uk and the lady said to me that what a shame at least Uk is not far like in these times I got so much money to spend in flight tickets that I did not need to spend because if the information will be truthful in the first place i will bring everything don´t you think?
Well my advice is call these numbers and call again and bring more documents than the documents are asked for like a birth certificate of your children a copy no older than 3 months and pray for someone nicer to look after your case because some of the ladies work there are extremely rude , jobs worth and insensitive.

And we like so much have people from other parts of europe living in Spain, because a german for example never will be unpolite with us .     I just was looking for information from Spain and found this post.
    I had to register mir only for can answer:-))))

    I don t know why you write a post like this.It is just a one experience you had and maybe yourself make wrongs or missunderstandings but it is not a topic for talk in a forum.

    Im German guy living in Spain many years ago and having friends from many nationalities from UK too, Spain is full of english :-))) and other europeans countries and all of we received a very good handle and help or cooperation of so many people that you cannot imagine.

    I choossed this country for live for many reason and all I can tell you are only good things.Here all people is wellcome and spanish people make all be very eassy because they are very open and friendly. And they have a beautiful life style and temperament!
