  Hi there!i was just wondering about an important question..could you advise me?

  Hi again...i 'm an italian girl and i'm really interested in moving to London. I've lived in London already and i worked for 5 months for an english agency promoting at Heathrow airport. I had two or more days off per week...but now i come to the point: I just put braces on (orrible i know) but the cure is gonna take 2 years. I know perfectly i could have done it in London but i got through a bad period and i wanted to stay in Rome. Now i desire to move again to UK...but the fact is that i will have to come back to Italy once a month or once every two month. Do you think would be easy find a job allowing me two close days off per month for my check in Italy? I would like to apply as shop assistant, but i dont know how that works in UK...if the employer could give me two days off per month. I know it could seem a strange question..but i really want to do it if its possible. Thanks for your attention.Bye!

  Braces are cool!

  Hey, I kinda have the same problem   I wear braces for one year and half now and I know how frustrating braces can be!! you need to come for a control every month and that means you'll need to take time off from your work :-s
  I also applied last year for a 7 month job in Spain. Everything went okey untill I asked if I can get the permission to fly every month back to Belgium for my dental control. The response I got was negative   In this case they wanted someone very flexible who would respect the 7 month contract.

  I think you need to discuss this issue with the employer before you sign a contract. You can take days off for medical reasons which is also your case.The employer just needs to agree upon the days you're planing to do that.

  ooh .. by the way.. don't regret you made your braces in Rome and not in London. From what I know british orthodontists are not that good
