Reqired lawyer in abu dhabi

I am civil engineer , working in abu dhabi 1998 to 2011.
Again I went to abu dhabi in tourist visa, (40 days vality), I was arrested in airport due to credit cards and bank loans.
I was 3 months in prision due to this 5 cases.all cases completed.
When I was in prision, tourist visa sponser made abconded case.then I was deported with amnasty peoples with blacklist.
I want to remove this black list with legal way. I need some good lawyer with reasonable service charges.
