2021 Data, Information, Knowledge and Wisdom Research and Applications Conference (DIKW-RA 2021) which is co-organized by the DIKW research group of Hainan University, will be held in Haikou, China during Dec. 17-19, 2021.

●Publication and Indexing
1) All the registered and presented papers will be included in the volume of Conference Proceeding tentatively, which will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.(All is subject to the final publication and indexing results)

2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in special issue on "Crossing “Data, Information, Knowledge, and Wisdom” Models—Challenges, Solutions, and Recommendations", Information(ISSN 2078-2489), which will be submitted to Scopus (Elsevier), Ei Compendex, Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI-Web of Science), etc for review and indexing.
