Funhouse Comedy returns to the splendid Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch with another fantastic line-up of top comedians.

Headliner Zoe Lyons has a genuinely warm and lively persona which her audiences are immediately attracted too. Zoe takes a sideways view of life, picking out the many absurdities and turning them into hilarious routines which she delivers with tremendous energy. She performs her diverse material with utter conviction leaving everyone wanting for more. A radio artist and familiar face on TV she regularly features as a panellist on Mock the Week as well as appearing on Live At The Apollo, Michael McIntyre's Roadshow and The Wright Stuff.

Supporting is the intelligent, controversially witty, hip and silly Markus Birdman. Regarded by many in the know as one of the best circuit acts in the country, he has toured internationally and had highly acclaimed shows at the Edinburgh Festival. His dandyish onstage confidence, versatility and infectious nature result in a truly absorbing performance.

Completing the line-up will be the self-assured Alistair Williams with his quick fire wit and The Monks, who claim to be the only Christian comedy sketch group in the UK!

Compere for the night will be the energetic and cheery Spiky Mike.
