Group Sound Bath with Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls

Our sacred sound bath begins with a moment to connect the group and discuss the intentions of the evening. Gigi then creates a harmonious soundscape where we can relax and be fully present. She integrates over 70 crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, bells, chimes, gongs, and a peaceful voice in her sessions. She has performed more than 1,000 sound baths, each one unique and catered to your group. The intention of our sound bath sessions is to support each other in accessing the healer within.

Please wear something comfortable. Bring your own yoga mat, sleeping pad, pillow, sleeping bag, blanket, etc. Whatever will help you feel most comfortable laying on the ground.
