Rotary Club of Lancaster Wheels, and Wings and 5k Race

Calling all cars, trucks, motorcycles, airplanes, AND runners...
Join us for the Annual Rotary Wheels and Wings Festival and 5K on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Lancaster Airport!
This is a FREE EVENT to the public! No registration necessary to attend - just come on out for the fun of it! Suggested donation for onsite parking is $5.00 per car.

Registration is required for all vehicles and runner participants.

The day will start off with a 5k Race - rain or shine - at 7:30am with registration open beginning 6:30am.

Registration for the Race is $25 before July 1st and $30 after July 1st. T-shirt is included. Medals will be awarded for top three male and female finishers in six age categories. Click on our website button for registration link.

The "everything wheels" Car Show and Fly In is from 9:00am - 2:00pm. Registration for the Car Show is $15 before July 3rd and $20 after July 3rd. Show Trophies will be awarded. It is a grass staging area for cars, trucks and motorcycles. Click on our website button for registration link.

Goodie bags will be given to the first drive-in and fly-in participants. Quantities are limited. First come, first served! No pets or brought in alcoholic beverages permitted.

Last year there was over $500 in cash prizes and lots of door prizes. Expect similar prizes for 2021!

To round out the Festival, there will be food and beverage vendors onsite. No Festival would be complete without live music which will be playing throughout the day.

NON-FOOD Vendors: A limited number of 10x10 spaces are available for non-food vendors for a $25 fee. The fee will be waved if you donate a door prize valued at $25 or more OR make a donation of $25 or more at the end of the day. Click on our website button for registration link.
