looking for partners to do used cars business with.

i am a customs broker based in DOUALA (CAMEROON) . i hold a diploma in customs brokerage and international trade practices .so what i want to do is to find someone who will export used cars for me to sell since there is a good market for used cars here in cameroon. in that way i will take an engagement with the embassy or consulate of the country of the sender as security on his part so as to ensure confidence in the partnership.
so if any of you is interested i am waiting for your own ideas.
