Culture with negotiating house prices in Finland

Публикувано в Финландия форум

I am interested to buy a log cabin in Finnish Lapland.

I have no idea what the culture is in terms of haggling over the price - in the UK you would be expected to make an offer perhaps 5-10% below asking price, is it similar in Finland or maybe the price is the price, or maybe people haggle MORE?! I've tried to look online but while I find guides about the legal process of buying property, none mention this.

Thankyou
