Family Apartment needed

Currently looking for a family friendly Apartment. If anyone knows of a 3.5-5 room apartment for rent in Aachen after May 2012, please let me know! I am interested in finding other expats who might be moving back to the US, and we could purchase their furnishings and take over their apartment. We need something within 12 km of town and that welcomes children. Ideal would be something close to RWTH or the UniKlinik.
