I am planning a move to Malaga Province and consider buying a house (small to medium sized city, within 20 minutes from the beach) including 2 or 3 additional apartments to generate rental income. Any experience on what I may reasonably expect on income? Any thoughts on letting long-term or focusing on tourists only? How about rental income in high and low season?
Would love to get in touch with someone who is doing this now as a main source of income.
