Asking for housing in Salamanca as individual or with a family

Dear friends, i am asking about housing as a family hosting or a s individual in Salamanca. How can i get that and prices?
I will come to Salamanca for scientific research, also i need friends their to make a good new friendship and to have a new Spanish culture.
