A special meeting is called for a quick vote regarding an offer of free Covid vaccine for the community. But it's everything but a "quick" vote. Each of the six council members has a different reason why they should or shouldn't vote yes. Every conspiracy theory we've heard these last few years about vaccines, fake news, government takeover, Bill Gates, and more becomes part of the ensuing dialog, some of which is bitingly funny. But like a good comedy, there is an undercurrent of sadness as we realize how the democratic process doesn't always work efficiently for all.
