Join the 60-piece Ocean State Pops Orchestra and Chorus for a special Christmas concert to benefit the Hope Alzheimer’s Center.

A Light Shines in the Darkness...The Concert for Hope

Under the direction of Dr. Brian Cardany, the 60-piece Ocean State Pops Orchestra and Chorus tonight begins a new tradition, and presents the inaugural “Concert for Hope”. This special Christmas concert will benefit the Hope Alzheimer’s Center.

We invite you to step away from the frantic rush and commercial blitz of the holiday season, and come to Saint Kevin Church in Warwick to experience community and contemplate the joyful celebration of Christmas though music.

Tonight’s concert will feature a range of selections, from introspective to jubilant, with opportunities for audience participation on some well-known Christmas carols. It is our hope that each audience member leaves the concert with a sense of optimism and filled with an abundance of joy.

About the Hope Alzheimer’s Center
Since 1995, the Hope Alzheimer’s Center has served individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related forms of progressive cognitive impairment, and their families. Programs are specifically designed to preserve the highest possible levels of health and functional independence in a safe and comfortable environment.

The Center’s programs improve the quality of life for people with memory loss, allowing families to delay, or in some cases, avoid entirely the need for placement in a nursing home

Family caregivers are able to continue employment or manage other responsibilities with peace of mind, knowing their loved one is in the care of a loving and well-trained staff. Ongoing health monitoring and functional supports help in prevention and early identification of serious health issues. The Center is a happy place where laughter is heard every day.
