I have just completed the sale of my sons property in Paphos. Last year it was without ‘Title-Deeds’ & he was a ‘trapped-buyer’. On recommendation I hired the following Solicitor/Conveyancer. M/s. Anna Papantoniou 27 Anita Court, Neofytou Nikolaide, 8011, Paphos. Tel. 00 357 96 592539 I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was so efficient & meticulous in how she was able to liaise with all the necessary depts. required to complete the work. Her office is situated in between ‘Land-Registry’ ‘Tax-Office’ & Paphos ‘Court House’. She was able to deal with these orgs. very quickly as she regularly works with them.
Everything was above board & she completed the necessary ‘paperwork’ very quickly.
Her charge was cheaper than any solicitor I contacted in Paphos. Incidentally,
She is a relative of ‘Papantoniou’s’ supermarket owners (well known in Cyprus).
